CAN I PAY EFTPOS/CASH RATHER THAN DIRECT DEBIT?
You can pay for your initial week & joining fee with Eftpos – we then load you in to be debited on a day that suits you best.
IS THERE ANY TRANSACTION FEES ON TOP OF THE MEMBERSHIP?
There are no transaction fees – unless you have a dishonoured payment this is detailed in the paperwork.
CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD IF I CAN’T MAKE IT AND HOW LONG FOR?
Yes you have 2 x Suspension facilities available within the year to suspend your membership – the minimum hold time is two weeks & maximum of 6 weeks.
WHATS THE PROCESS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We just require 30 days notice & the keytag returned to us before the four weeks is up, or there is a $5.00 key tag charge.
