CLASSES

Spin: 45 minutes

Spin is a high energy 45 minute indoor cycling class set to up-beat music led by a motivating instructor. Spin is challenging, fun and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. As spin is low impact it is suitable for most people and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Boxfit: 45 minutes to 1 hour

Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 minutes to 1 hour. This class is designed to provide an excellent upper and lower body workout and requires no previous experience. It is a great and fun way to improve cardiovascular fitness, while adding a cross-training programme to your weekly exercise regime.

Xpress: 30 minutes

Xpress is a full body, pump style workout designed to work every muscle in your body. Only half an hour, Xpress makes it easy to get a great workout in no matter how busy your day is! Xpress is suitable for most fitness levels and is a great mix of strength and cardio, perfect for toning up!

Boot Camp: 45 minutes to 1 hour

Bootcamp is our outdoor fitness class and is a combination of circuit training, strengthening exercises and boxfit. It is a fun, furious 45 minutes of pain - and gain - and will leave you wanting to come back for more.

Pilates: 1 hour

Pilates is a popular class which will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Our Pilates class is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel improved agility in every day movements.

Step by Step

Step by Step is our own inspirational special programme to get you into your own fitness programme, familiarise you with our facilities and get you moving. This programme is great for first time gym goers.

Sculpt

Sculpt is our 6 week weight-loss programme designed for woman. You get 2x personal training sessions per week, nutritional advice and much more. Your trainer will provide ongoing support throughout the 6 week programme to help you achieve your goals.

Get Ripped

Get Ripped is our men’s weight loss programme with 2x personal training sessions per week, nutritional advice and much more. Your trainer will provide ongoing support throughout the 6 week programme and is a worthwhile challenge if you want to lose those extra kilos.
